Project Maths: Intense Revision

Yeah so know I know why they call it 'Intense Revision Course'.

I think in total it was more or less eight hours of maths, with only two 10min break and one 50min food break.

By the end of it all, I was so exhausted and passive that I decided just to keep my head down and transcribe some notes.

But it was definitely an eye-opener. Went through allot of basic things and are key components in common mistakes. The only section of the paper one course that we didn't get through was integration. However the maths tutor person has agreed to meet up with two friends and I for an integration-only session -for free! So for me that's a pretty sweet deal! Perhaps a 3:1 will be more beneficial, might get to go through exactly what I need.

I'll share some tips and good stuff with ye later. Too tired to go through it now!So far it has definitely lived up to my expectations. Now to see what tricks he has up his sleeve for paper two!

Project Maths: Last Resort

If you remember awhile back during one of my freak-attacks, I realised that I wouldn't have gotten one of my top course choice because of grading issues. If you don't recall then just click here

Although I've put in some effort, I'm still not quite there yet. *sad face*

Considering that we were far from finishing our maths course during the pres our amazing maths teacher has decided to give us a second pre post easter. This could be the last nail in the coffin for my being in honors maths...

Or not! Tomorrow I will engage in an intense TWO DAY maths revision course, starting from 9 am until around 5 I think! The guy giving the maths course is suppose to be fantastic! Last year a girl that I use to know failed her pre by like 5% and did this course, that same girl went onto get a B in honors maths and do sports and exercise science in UL.

I've never been one to be a big believer in revision courses but this time I really am crossing my fingers and hoping for a similar outcome! Really hope this will boost me up to the desired grade!

I'll let ye know how I get on tomorrow!
